Application Guidelines:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from rust, grease, or any contaminants.
2. Stirring: Thoroughly stir the primer before use to achieve a uniform consistency.
3. Application Methods:
   • Brush Application: Ideal for small areas or touch-ups.
   • Conventional Spray: For larger surfaces, thin the primer with 20% Medal QD Thinners to achieve optimal viscosity.
   • Dipping: For industrial applications, maintain a viscosity of 14-18 Sec/F4@25°C.
4. Drying Times:
   • Touch Dry: Approximately 30 minutes
   • Hard Dry: Approximately 4 hours
   • Recoating: Allow a minimum of 4 hours before applying subsequent coats.
5. Cleaning Tools: Clean all application equipment promptly with Medal Quick Drying (BA) Thinners to maintain their condition.
