Application Process:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces to be coated are clean, dry, and free from oils, grease, or any substances that may interfere with the bond and proper curing of BuildKote. Remove all loose gravel, dust, and ponding water from built-up roofs. Re-adhere loose felts and address any blisters.

2. Application: Apply BuildKote directly from the container using a broom or brush onto the substrate. Spread the coating evenly, working backward from one edge toward the other.

3. Curing Time: Allow BuildKote sufficient time to cure before permitting foot traffic, typically between 3 to 5 days, depending on environmental conditions.
